The properties on www.livingitalia.com vary from luxury lodgings to budget accommodations, Every property is described in detail with:
- photos of many of the rooms from different angles
- description of the apartment layout as well as neighborhood information and points of interest
- a listing of many of the amenities found in the apartment
- in some cases, video clips

You can search for an apt by browsing through the complete listings from each city or by doing a quick search based on number of people and dates. Prices are quoted and payment is to be made in EUROS but you may use the currency converter to determine the appropriate exchange.

Because travel plans don't always follow a Saturday to Saturday schedule, rentals may begin on any day of the week (based upon availability). See property detail for minimum nights stay.

Information Request
Once you have chosen, you can fill out an information request on one or more apartments and we will respond in 24 hours confirming availability and price.

Booking
At that point, if you would like to go ahead and book we will send you booking form and booking conditions for your review and signature. 30% of payment is due upon booking. Final payment is due 60 days before entering apartment.
