Informative and agreement on behalf with article 10 of law 675/96
Dear Client,
We hereby inform you, in compliance with article 10 of law 675/96, which provides for the protection of individuals as regards the treatment of their personal data, that the personal data which you conferred during your operations with LivingItalia.com, (hereafter "LivingItalia.com") will be processed for the following purposes, also through computer and electronic devices:

(II) other companies controlled by or connected to LivingItalia.com. This information may also be communicated by LivingItalia.com to a third party, with which LivingItalia.com, or another company controlled by or connected to it, has stipulated functional, commercial agreements over the circulation and development of the service offered at www.LivingItalia.com. 3. Your personal data may be transferred abroad in compliance with and within the limits of article 28 of law 675/1996.
4. In connection with the above mentioned personal data processing, you are entitled to exercise all rights provided by article 13 of law 675/1996. In particular, it is your right at any moment to know exactly what your personal data comprises and how it is being used. You also have the right to revise, correct, or cancel it, ask it to be blocked or object to it being processed. To exercise the rights provided for in article 13 of law 675/96 you would have to direct a written request to info@LivingItalia.com.
5. The collection of your personal data is not compulsory. However, failure to confer personal data, even partially, will render LivingItalia.com unable to provide the service in its entirety.
6. LivingItalia.com is the data-processor.
